All orders are processed within 2-3 working days. As we’ll be popping up around Newquay and the Post Office is closed at the weekends orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or a bank holiday will be posted on the following working day. If there happens to be a significant delay in your order please get in touch and we’ll sort it out.
Returns
It’s not often that a book is not what you expected, but someone else in your life might like it. Refunds will only be given with a receipt or proof of your original order. Once we have received your return (we recommend UPS or Royal Mail tracked) the refund will go to the account you used to make the purchase. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the book. Please contact us if you have any questions and we’ll be happy to help you.
